Andrew Mar focuses his practice on patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution and litigation. Andrew has substantial experience in preparing and prosecuting both U.S. and foreign patents concerning a variety of technologies including software and hardware systems, mechanical engineering, medical devices, satellite technology, construction devices, chemical compositions, and telecommunications patents. Andrew assists the firm in litigation matters, and has drafted various complaints, motions, briefs, and memorandums. He also has experience licensing and counseling of client’s intellectual property, including preparing contracts, settlement agreements, and cease and desist demands. Previous Experience Before joining the firm, Andrew worked as a software engineer at Computer Associates, where he also previously worked as a software developer and worked closely with CTOs to develop network infrastructure.
