Rosie Kim is an associate attorney at Fish & Tsang LLP where her responsibilities touch all areas of intellectual property, patent, copyright and trademark law. Rosie plays an integral role in various prosecution and litigation matters, including prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications and drafting agreements, complaints and motions. Rosie also provides support to Fish & Tsang senior attorneys and partners, and helps protect clients’ IP rights across numerous technologies.
Rosie’s sharp attention to detail and ability to recognize the clients’ goals and objectives adds to her important role on the Fish & Tsang team. Her outside-the-box thinking has advanced her reputation as a knowledgeable and thoughtful associate – making her a valued member at Fish & Tsang.
Education and Professional Experience
Rosie received her bachelor’s degree in biology from California State University, Northridge, and her law degree from UCLA School of Law where she was a research assistant to Professor Wonsowicz, and a senior articles editor for UCLA’s Journal of Law and Technology. She is a member of the IP law section of Orange County Bar Association and the State Bar of California, and is admitted to practice law in California, USPTO and the Central District of California.
In her free time, Rosie enjoys listening to music and attending live shows, as well as showcasing her skills at the poker table.
