Justin Jimenez, J.D.

Justin Jimenez is a Law Clerk who focuses primarily on patent prosecution, and specializes in all matters related to computer science and software technologies.

Justin received his law degree from Santa Clara University and earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with Honors from Thomas Edison State University. While at Santa Clara University, Justin participated on the Galloway Moot Court, and was a Graduate Representative to the Santa Clara University Technology Advisory Committee.

Prior to joining Fish IP Law, Justin worked at a mid-sized law firm where he prepared patent applications for various hardware and software systems. He also served at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where he drafted final and non-final office actions for both AIA and Pre-AIA patent applications. Justin also speaks Spanish fluently. Outside of work, Justin enjoys snowboarding, tennis, and soccer.
