Shelly Fanzoi-Walston joined Fish IP in 2022 to support our growing IT needs. Working with our internally developed CRM system, she has completed the following projects:

• Improved the invoicing process by integrating a connection to the financial system.
• Developed ability to print client financial reports from the CRM system.

Shelly previously worked at 3M for over 30 years expanding her roles and responsibilities in different departments:

• Customer Service –  Worked with the European distributors and subsidiaries managing orders, returns and export documentation.
• Sales and Marketing Support – Coordinated and managed the continuing education events for orthodontic customers and their staff.
• Help Desk Administrator – Implemented the new Help Desk software for the site, supporting the internal departments.
• IT Analyst – Worked closely with Marketing to bring the website vision to life including a “Find an Orthodontist” feature allowing prospective patients to find an orthodontist using 3M products.
• ECommerce Database Administrator – Implemented an ecommerce solution including managing products and customer profiles. Developed reports to allow internal clients to view activity within ecommerce and see registered customer list.
• Software Validation Lead – As a medical device manufacturer, the 3M site required validation for all products manufactured at the site. Shelly worked closely with Quality and Engineering to ensure that all manufacturing systems were properly validated to all medical device standards while assisting with software upgrades for some of the manufacturing processes.

In her spare time, Shelly enjoys spending time with her husband, and traveling to visit all 50 states (only seven more to go) with extra vacations to travel internationally.
